Reflecting on the past year at Vetta Insights, I’m incredibly grateful for the clients, partners, friends, and supporters who have been part of this journey.

After three decades working for the 10,000-lb gorillas, stepping out on my own, and then doing the real work of finding my niche, was both humbling and challenging. What I've gained in return has been worth every uncomfortable moment.

I'm genuinely excited to work with my clients every day. I see continued growth, I'm setting new targets, and most importantly, I'm making a difference in how companies grow by aligning people and processes. No organization is too small — or too large — to invest in its people, its success, and its future.

As I head to LA for a few days to spend the holidays with my son and my significant other, I'm taking time to reflect and reset.

And if there's one reminder I'll leave you with, it's this:

Dream big.

Embrace the fear.

And when the road gets bumpy, tighten the seatbelt and just keep going.
