How Do You Handle Adversity?

Do you find your zen and go with the flow?

Do you get angry and aggressive?

Do you blame others or take responsibility?

Adversity is inevitable. How you respond to it? That's optional.

Being a road warrior, both personally and professionally, has taught me something many people overlook: adversity is not the enemy. In fact, it’s often the most powerful teacher in the room.

Over time, I've learned that there’s an art to handling challenges with grace and grit. I'm not a pushover by any stretch. I will hold the line when I need to. But I’ve developed a high tolerance for turbulence. And that’s made all the difference.

I've come to expect obstacles, not as disruptions, but as natural terrain on the path forward. That mindset has made me a better leader, a stronger coach, and a more grounded partner, in business and in life.

The more I've leaned into adversity instead of resisting it, the more I've grown. How do you handle it? Do you need help learning these skills?
